Refund policy

Local Pick Up:

Please allow up to 24-48 hours to process all online and local pick-up orders. We will do our best to have orders ready sooner. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays may not be fulfilled until next business day.  Moodie & Co. will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup.  Your order must be picked up within 14 calendar days.

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.

ALL Jewelry, Accessories, AND Sale/Clearance items are FINAL SALE.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly exchange any full price item(s). Item must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date to be eligible for exchange or store credit. The return MUST be accompanied by original receipt/invoice or gift receipt.  

Returns older than 14 days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense.  

All items must be in perfect condition with tags still attached to be eligible for exchange or store credit. We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a return based on the condition of the item(s). No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.  

Returns can either be dropped off at our local drop-off location or mailed to the return address listed below. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees for items returned or exchanged. We do not refund shipping fees unless it is an error on our part.

Moodie & Co. is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages while in transit back to us. Please keep up with your return tracking information to make sure it gets back to us.  After the returned item(s) has been received, expect the return process to take 5-7 business days.

After the return is received and accepted, the customer will receive an update regarding the status of the return. The customer will then receive store credit (less any shipping cost) and sent to the email associated with the account. 

If you believe you have received a damaged or incorrect item(s), you must contact our store within 3 business days of the package delivery date. 

Exchange:

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, simply leave a note in the package clearly stating the size you would like to exchange it for - due to limited inventory we cannot guarantee the item you want will be in stock. The best way to ensure that your get the item you are wanting is to send back the size that didn't fit, place a new order for the size you are wanting and leave a note in the package you are returning stating that you ordered a different size, we will then refund you for the returned item.
